CreateYaa ("we", "us", "our", "the App") is developed and operated by an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CreateYaa, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

If you choose to create an account or sign in, we collect and store (via our backend provider, Supabase):

• Email address
• Basic profile information you choose to add (e.g., display name, profile photo)

You are not required to create an account to use most features of the App. Guest users can use core features within limits without providing this information.

1.2 Content You Create

When you use the Planner and Checklist features, we store the content you enter (ideas, titles, scripts, checklist items, and progress) so it can:

• sync across your devices if you're signed in, or
• remain saved locally if you're using the App as a guest.

1.3 Images You Upload

Images uploaded to the Image Compressor and Thumbnail Previewer tools are processed entirely on your own device. These images are not uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted to any server. We do not have access to these images at any time.

1.4 Automatically Collected Information

We may use third-party services to help us understand how the App is used and to support the App financially, including:

• Analytics tools (e.g., to understand feature usage and improve the App)
• Advertising services (e.g., Google AdMob), which may collect device identifiers, approximate location, and usage data to display relevant ads

These services may collect information automatically, such as device type, operating system, IP address, and app usage patterns, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We will update this policy as these integrations are added or changed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features
• Sync your Planner and Checklist data across devices (if signed in)
• Personalize your experience based on onboarding preferences (platform, content type, goals)
• Communicate with you regarding support requests
• Display advertisements (where applicable) and analyze App performance
• Maintain the security and integrity of the App

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account and content data is stored using Supabase, a third-party backend service that provides secure, encrypted data storage. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Supabase, our backend and authentication provider
• Analytics and advertising partners (e.g., Google), where applicable, subject to their own privacy policies
• Legal authorities, if required by law

We do not share your Planner, Checklist, or image content with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Use the App as a guest without creating an account
• Edit or delete your Planner and Checklist content at any time within the App
• Sign out or delete your account by contacting us at the email below
• Request a copy of your stored data or ask us to delete it, by contacting us

6. Children's Privacy

CreateYaa is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
