Welcome to CreateYaa ("the App"), developed and operated by an individual developer ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using CreateYaa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
CreateYaa is a creator workflow and productivity app designed to help content creators plan, organize, and prepare their content. The App provides tools including a Content Planner, Creator Checklist, Image Compressor, Thumbnail Previewer, and Character/Word Counter. CreateYaa is not a video editor, graphic design tool, or AI content generation service, and does not guarantee any specific content performance, audience growth, or monetization outcome.
You may use most features of the App as a guest, without creating an account. Creating an account is optional and enables your Planner and Checklist data to sync securely across your devices.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age for using online services in your country) to use CreateYaa. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create within the App (ideas, scripts, checklists, plans). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you (e.g., syncing across your devices). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the App.
Images used in the Image Compressor and Thumbnail Previewer are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images you use within the App.
The App may use third-party services (such as Supabase for backend infrastructure, and potentially analytics or advertising providers). Your use of the App may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties.
The App, including its design, branding, logo, and original tools, is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
CreateYaa is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Any advice, checklists, or tips provided within the App (including the Retention Checklist or Creator Insights) are general suggestions and do not guarantee any specific content or channel performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to loss of data, content, or revenue.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
